This page describes how Tezly complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the rights you have as a data subject.
1. Data controller
Tezly acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the app and website. Contact details are provided at the end of this page.
2. Legal bases for processing
Performance of a contract: to provide the marketplace and complete deliveries you request.
Legal obligation: identity verification and record-keeping where required.
Legitimate interests: safety, fraud prevention, and improving the service.
Consent: where required, for example certain notifications.
3. Your rights
Access: obtain a copy of your personal data.
Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
Erasure: request deletion of your data.
Restriction and objection: limit or object to certain processing.
Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
4. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards and prefer EU-region processing where feasible.
5. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for example, your national data protection authority or, in Türkiye, the KVKK Authority).
