These Terms govern your use of Tezly. Tezly is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects people who want to send a package (Senders) with travelers already going that way (Carriers). Tezly is a platform, not a carrier or courier.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before you can create a shipment, share a trip, or make an offer.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account secure.
A single account may act as both a Sender and a Carrier.
3. Sender obligations
Provide accurate route, date, and package details, and a package photo.
Only send legal, allowed items. You must acknowledge the forbidden-items list before posting a shipment.
4. Carrier obligations
Deliver the accepted package with reasonable care and on the agreed route.
Document the handover: a photo at pickup and a video at delivery, so both sides are protected.
5. Prohibited items and conduct
Illegal, dangerous, restricted or forbidden items are not allowed.
Harassment, fraud, and any attempt to complete a transaction outside the platform to avoid safeguards are prohibited.
6. Offers and payments
Senders and Carriers agree on the price directly through in-app offers.
Tezly does not add hidden fees to your agreed delivery price. Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance.
7. Cancellations and disputes
Cancellation and dispute rules are handled in-app. Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
Delivery evidence (photos and videos) is used to resolve disputes fairly.
8. Liability
Tezly provides the platform that connects users. Senders and Carriers are responsible for their own conduct and for the items exchanged.
To the extent permitted by law, Tezly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from a delivery between users.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or on this page.
